Was given the wrong order at the drive through on the day of my best friends, wife's funeral. I called. Manager was reluctant because I'm pretty sure they didn't give me a receipt. However, she agreed to fix their mistake. Two days later when I drive 11 miles out of my way to pick up the correct order, only to be told that the manager hadn't left any notes so they would not repair my order and correct their mistake. Great way to treat a disabled veteran. Especially on the day my best friend needed a little help dealing with his wife's untimely death. Way to drop the ball Bell!

Who doesn't love tacos? If this location could get their drive through orders accurate, and actually give you all your food, it would be 5 stars. Step it up and be more consistent. I miss my favorite place to eat!

Questions & Answers

I don't usually dine in but I have noticed condensation lines on windows before and all I can say is maybe they just have the one control for front and back of the house. I would like to think they would change the setting on AC to a warmer temp if consumers complained they were cold.
